Description
The Nitropak is a fully portable calibration source that has its own built in Air supply, which allows you to carry out calibration of gauges and transmitters with air up to 210 bar.
Combine the Nitropak with the XP2i digital gauges and you have a full portable calibration system that is easy to use and will give you trouble free calibration. Many of them are in use in New Zealand.
The internal air cylinder can be refilled and will give you hours of quick calibration. No need to pump a handle or turn a knob. All you need to do is turn a valve to increase pressure and another valve to decrease pressure, easy as that! There is even a fine adjust vernier valve to precisely set exacting pressures.
The Nitropak is fantastic for those shuts where you have a great number of pressure transmitters to calibrate in a short space of time. Users have commented on how long the Air Cylinders last, which means you will not run out of air in one day! There is even a pressure regulator which you set to the maximum pressure of the item you are testing so you can’t overpressure it! So no worries about accidental destroying that pressure transmitter because you applied to much pressure.
