Description
These fittings are great for connecting threaded pressure gauges to the Ralston system.
Used extensively with our comparator for gauge testing. We also use a lot in use in our own pressure lab. These fittings save a lot of time.
Uses an o-ring seal to make a leak tight seal, Hand tight right up to 350 bar.
One end is female NPT or BSPP the other is the Ralston quick test fitting.

As mentioned a o-ring does the sealing on the bottom of say your pressured gauge or transmitter. So the sealing face does need to be clean and free from damage.
The outer ring is free and screws onto your gauge thus bringing your gauge in contact with the oring. The tighter you do this fitting the better the seal, but no need to overtighten to get a leak tight seal. The oring does the sealing.
Can then connect to our range of hoses and other adaptors.
