Max Pointers

The max pointer is fitted to our P4000, Q4000 and P6000 gauges for any range above 30 PSI or 2 bar.
It is a needle that is dragged along by the gauge needle and then when the pressure drops the max pointer is left behind thus indicating the maximum pressure obtained. Great for pump testing and pipe pressure testing.

Also our M1’s and XP2i’s can do this function as well, one advantage the Digitals have over the drag pointer is they will store the minimum pressure as well, also digitals have a higher readability than mechanical gauges so you will be getting greater accuracy. Plus digital will read pressure spikes which a mechanical gauge can’t do.
