Description
These U-Clamps are for the mounting of a gauge into hole in a panel.
The QUC is an aluminium U-Clamp for mounting 63mm gauges into panels for our Q2500 and P2500 model gauges.
The PUC 100mm clamp is a system of two allen screws that are welded onto the back of your gauge and the a U strap is placed over these two bolts, then the gauge is pulled against your panel for mounting. Used on our P4050 gauge. All stainless parts are used so there is no chance of rust taking place.

63mm Gauge U-Clamp
The gauge is pushed into the hole in your panel and the clamp is slipped over the threaded end of the pressure connection, then it is turned and the hex locks in with a hex on the thread stem. Then using a screwdriver you tighten the two screws against the panel. This system does allow for mounting of gauges with using mounting holes. It can vibrate loose so for compressors and hydraulics maybe the QFF would be better.
For the 100mm Gauges two screws are welded onto the case by CPS, and then the U-Clamp goes over these two screws and then two nuts are used to tighten down on the u-clamp to hold the gauge tight.
