IANZ Certification of Digital gauges

Certification of digital gauges like the XP2i and M1 is undertaken in our dedicated pressure calibration laboratory, which we built back in 2005.
Since then, we have invested heavily in automated Fluke pressure calibrators, which allow us to calibrate your digital gauge to the highest accuracy and lowest uncertainty of any Lab in Australia and New Zealand.

We have two pneumatic pressure controllers and one hydraulic controller, which allows us to calibrate automatically from absolute to 700 bar. For pressure over 700 bar, we use our ultra-high accuracy DHI piston gauge – right up to 2000 bar.

Turnaround on this calibration is normally 4-5 working days, but we do offer an urgent calibration service for a small surcharge.

Please click on Technical information for a list of our capabilities and uncertainties. Each item calibrated is issued with an IANZ-endorsed calibration certificate. We are also able to do software updates and can communicate with most of them for remote calibration to give even higher accuracies.
