We started out as a one-man band doing pressure gauge calibration using a single dead weight tester. But we’ve come a long way. Now we undertake pressure, temperature and electrical calibration using more than 100 pieces of reference test equipment across our three IANZ-accredited laboratories. Our skilled team of six calibration technicians and three calibration support staff carries out thousands of calibrations each year.
Our Auckland lab is our centre of excellence for pressure and does all our high-end pressure calibration. Our New Plymouth office is our centre of excellence for electrical and temperature, and undertakes calibration on all three disciplines. In lovely Fiji, we do pressure and temperature calibration.

Your device will be calibrated against incredibly accurate Fluke equipment.
All our calibrations are IANZ-endorsed, ensuring traceability to international standards, and peace of mind that your devices are calibrated correctly.
Your devices will be fully insured while in the care of CPS and also while on their way back to you.
Our highly-trained staff are continually being up-skilled. We invest heavily in staff training, and our team members have attended numerous international courses and conferences to ensure our practices are world-class.
We are able to supply custom carry/shipping cases to protect your valuable equipment during transit and while in use.
You’ll be able to access the CPS web portal, where you’ll find details about all your calibrated devices. You can also download calibration certificates and check their due date.
To help you stay up to date, we’ll send you an email 28 days before your device is due for re-calibration. The email will list all the details about your device and its re-calibration, including the cost of the service.
If you can’t be without your device while it’s being calibrated, we have a selection of rental/loan calibration equipment available.
We make use of calibration by automation to give you the most robust calibration available globally.
We prioritise ensuring we can calibrate your device when you need it done. If you need your device calibrated urgently, we’ll make it happen.
We’ll carry out repairs, adjustments and upgrades where appropriate, and can offer advice on which equipment is most suitable for you.
We stock a range of pressure gauges and temperature, pressure and electrical calibration equipment, so we can offer new or replacement equipment complete with calibration certificates if needed.
We have an open-door policy, so you can visit our calibration facilities at any time.
CPS offers a training service on calibration across all three disciplines that we cover.
We can calibrate certain pressure and temperature equipment on-site.
