To initiate a repair for your FLUKE device, please complete the following steps:

 

1. Complete the Repair Form: Click the button below to fill out the online repair request form.

2. Receive Confirmation: After submitting the form, you will receive an email containing a printable PDF. Please include this PDF when shipping your device for repair.

 

3. Assessment Phase: Our repairs team will assess your device and contact you regarding the next steps.
